GoShine Today was born from a desire to pay forward the blessings and healing we’ve received—through experiences at the Esalen Institute and from esteemed teachers around the world. It is a sanctuary for the soul: a space for holistic self-care that empowers life, a nourishing hub for healing arts practitioners, and an invitation to step away from our devices to rediscover the sacredness of in-person connection in this modern world.
We’re grateful to work alongside therapists who share these values and continually expand their craft to support human potential, helping us reconnect with the wisdom of the body and heart.
