New Years Yoga and Breathwork Retreat

Unplug, unwind and reconnect with your spirit during this special New Year Yoga Retreat. 

Each morning will begin with quiet meditation followed by a vigorous Vinyasa flow. In the afternoon, we'll do breathwork to clear away stagnant energies and make room for the new, do sound baths to harmonize our body, mind, and spirit. There will be free time to hike, journal, nap, and indulge in bodywork.

In the evenings, we will enjoy the support of community as we reflect on the triumphs and challenges of 2023, and set intentions for a harmonious start in 2024.
