About the event

As spring arrives, many of us feel the shift. Life speeds up. There’s more daylight, more activity, more to keep up with. Even when things are going well, your nervous system can start running hot.

This event is for anyone who wants to clear the noise and come back to center without forcing it. If you’ve been stressed or overstimulated, you’ll have space to release what’s been building. If you’re doing fine and simply want sharper focus and more presence for what matters, this will help you feel calm, clear, and quietly energized.

In this circle, we use Conscious Connected Breathwork (holotropic-inspired)—a continuous breathing pattern designed to quiet mental noise and engage the body’s deeper intelligence. With curated, evocative music as your guide, some people experience expanded / altered states of awareness—an inward space where old stress patterns can soften, emotional residue can release, and fresh clarity can surface.
